Wardrobe was bought in Dec2013 alongwith the Mirror from House Full international. Within 6 months the Door was not closing so had to raise a complaint with the vendor because the product is under warranty till Dec 2014. We had to purchase a Rs 500 voucher for fitting so the carpenter can attend the call. The carpenter confirmed the door cant be closed as the mirror is taking too much weight in the door and need to be replaced and he raised a complaint with the Headoffice. There was no communication from HO and we had to do numerous follow-up and finally they confirmed that the product is out-of-stock so they send the carpenter again to do fitting. The 2nd carpenter also confirmed the door can't be fit properly as the mirror in the door is taking the weight and he raised a complaint with the vendor warehouse team. Again no communication or intimation so we had to chase numerous times post which the customer complaint executive Jyoti who was handling the call confirmed that House full can't do much as the product is out-of-stock and the complaint was closed.
I am in total loss as the wardrobe door is not closing and a total mess. Appreciate if you can facilitate a legal process with the vendor as the product is still under terms of warranty.
