Complaint Details
The air conditioner(split type)had stopped cooling because of the compressor not working. We registered our complaint on 13th of June 2014. But since then, our issue has not been resolved, even after two visits from their technician.Further, the visits of technicians have been a month apart. We would say that there has been no co-operation from Lloyd's side, whatsoever.
