I had subscribed a promotional offer from Talwalkar Fitness of fully refundable deposit of Rs.15000/- on 06/Apr/2012. The amount was due to be refunded on 03/Apr/2013. However there was no refund made by them. After a almost 9 months when I approached them for refund i.e. 18/Jan/2014 they confirmed to pay after a period of 3 months. I had to regularly follow-up to ask for refund after the 3 months and still was given another date to take the amount. Finally I got a cheque, on 2nd of Jul, dated 25th Jul. After depositing the cheque, I realize that it bounced with insufficient funds in the issuers account. After following about the same with the borivali branch they say that they will not be able to reimburse till 6th Aug. This is frustrating and this is the 1st time I have faced such disgracefulness.
