Complaint Details
Indian Health Organization contacts you and give lots of promices to purchase their health cards.
Up on purchase, when I get call from head office, most of their commitments are not true like,
50 % off on medicines
(now they say 8 - 12 % discount with conditions)
They clain get treatment at any doctor and they will pay 50% reimbursement by check.
(its not real)
50 % discount on dental and other treatments
(now they say it ranges between 20-30%)

They have provided policy documents saying about recommendations of Pranav Mukherjee former finance minister and Union Minister Prof. Mrs. Walia.
They do not even provide real contact numbers and no customer help number at their site is helping (please check at their website)
They were to provide with oral communication records for reference. Not provided yet.
I have attached herewith the policy document. Please check, verify with them and guide me about my reimbursement.
I wish such fraud companies should be out of India as soon as possible.
