Complaint Details
I had given a cheque to Sulekha.com for a a new scheme called MIRACLE PACKAGE by giving them a clear instruction as not to encash the cheque without intimation. On 02/08/2014, I had told them that due to certain issues, only deposit the cheque after 15/08/2014. Even after assuring that it will not be deposited, they deposited it without informing me and debited my account of 45000. I had deposited the Amy for clearing of my other debts and had told vaishali abt my problem and she had asssured me..Now they are not willing to refund the amount that has been taken..kindly help in this matter
