Bought Tata Doco Max WiFi internet data card over 4 days ago. The promised speed on the forms was over 9 MBPS *IN WRITING* and using a government sanctioned speed tester, I found my internet speed to be less than 0.80 Mbps with download speeds lower than 80 Kbps. This is fraud and a complete misrepresentation of services and they are cheating all their customers. Calling their call center only leads to them saying that someone will call back in 4 hours but numerous phone calls later, there has been no resolution only talk.
Extremely dissapointed with their services and absolutely angry at the fraud pulled by them.
