My internet connection provided by Reliance Broadband has not been properly functioning for the past 1 month. The first internet outage happened on 6th July, 2014 and took almost a week (14th July, 2014) to resolve. However, my connection again went out on the 20th August, 2014 and has since then not been fixed. According to the Reliance Customer Care there seems to be some sort of cable problem at my apartment building. The customer service has been deplorable. At every single instance of me calling the Nodal Officer of Reliance for following up on my complaint I'm greeted with the same cookie cutter response of it taking "2 days more to rectify the problem". The issue has still not been resolved since 20th August. The after sales service has been depressingly bad. Why is it taking so long to replace a missing cable is beyond my understanding. It is shocking to see a well-established internet provider like Reliance is taking so long to rectify cable-issues. I am incurring losses on a daily basis due the inability to access internet and am hoping to hear from a Reliance executive as soon as possible. ( Subscriber id - 325700270981)
