Samsung mobile handed to authorized service centre for software updation due to hanging problem. upto that my obile worked perfect. After software insatallation the mobile was not detecting any networks. I again submitted the phone to service centre using their 1 month warranty of replaced software parts.
Now they are telling that the Mother board is gone and had to be replace for Rs.5400 on my cost.
I suspect that someone in the service centre mishandled the mobile due to poor workmanship and carelessness. they are covering it as they were not ready to accept their faults.

Samsung support also not indulging as the product is out of warranty. So they have no responsibility towards the issue.

Then how a common man like me can be protected from this kind of issue created by the service centres and they are playing the cards as they have upper hand of Samsung Backing up.

Whos gonna save people like us!!!!!
