I purchased 24" Philips LED Tv inmarch 2014.I requested the product engineer to hang it on Wall but he refused it due to tools unavailablity so I have to put it on table.Now After three months My TV stopped working its completely dead, in this regard I lodged a complaint on 28 July 2014 Bearing Complain No.PPAT2807140002.but still nobody attended to service the Tv.When I am calling they are ignoring to say today or tomorrow.I am very frustrated.
