Complaint Details
On June 30th I called dish tv customer support requesting them to send their local dealer to deliver a DVR remote. I was told that the remote would cost Rs. 300 and I will have to pay extra for the delivery charges which I agreed. Remote was delivered on July 1st and was replaced on 2nd since the one given was faulty. I paid the technician Rs 525 for the remote which includes a delivery charge of Rs. 225.
When I did my monthly recharge, Dish detected Rs. 300 for the remote again and said they have couriered the remote. I did get a call from a courier company in the last week of July saying they have package from Dish which I rejected and asked them to send it back.
I opened a case (180572199) with them on 26th July and have spend more money on calling them then what I am supposed to get from them. Every time I call, the call get transferred till their floor manager and nothing happened to date. My connection was turned OFF and was forced to do a complete recharge again.
