Mr Kayur of Airtel ( Mbl No 7718868141 ) approached us and offered us unbeatable plans in writing and documents were collected for my no s 9821011164, 9821901295, 9870577745, 9821377739, 9870577742. Later when I enquired with Airtel, they informed me that no such plans existed. I spoke to Mr Kayur of Airtel who informed that he would take care of it. I asked him to email me a confirmation. He did not and finally I wrote to the Nodal office and appellate authorities and to Mr Kayur to not do the portability change and cancel it . They did not do it and my lines were activated I escalated the matter to the Appellate and spoke to Mr Sorabh Parmer who took Mr Kayur on a concall. In presence of Mr Sorabh Parmer, Mr Kayur apologized and admitted to providing me false plans also confirmed that there were no such plans and apologized. Later Mr Sorabh Parmer assured me that my issue will be resolved and will be in touch but he has not bothered to call nor has he responded. This amounts to a clear case of cheating by Airtel and its staff to make people leave their existing service providers and switch to Airtel.
Now there is no response from anyone in Airtel including the nodal officers or the appellate body or Mr Kayur or Mr Sorabh Parmer ( 8130793524 ) and neither from customer care. On going through the internet I also came across complaints from other subscribers who have been cheated by Airtel.
These Airtel company and some of its staff including the Appellate and nodal offices are cheats and I would like to escalate the matter to TRAI and in public domain so others do not fall prey and leave their existing service providers. I would like to revert back to LOOP or they should offer me the plan based on which I did the portability change.
I would request you to escalate the matter and write to Mr Mukesh Bhavnani who is Airtels corporate governance and Company sect at compliance.officer@bharti.in and Mr Sunil Bharati Mittal - Chairman of Bharati Enterprises.
