Complaint Details
I bought a belt from digaaz.com for Rs. 7800/- approx in October 2013 and very soon quality issues came up. I informed them in same month and they replaced it after my constant follow up. They have extreme disrespect for customer and have no service system or grevience redressal system in place. Now again whole leather of belt is starting to tear up. They have defrauded me by selling me a fake FERRAGAMO BELT by claiming it as original. I have their written assurance also.
