Complaint Details
Dear Sir / Madam,
I have ordered shoes and bracelet from yepme.com on 26th July 2014 and also paid the amout of INR. 1160 through Debit Card Transaction and also on the very same day I have received the email regarding the initiation process of online shipping the ordered products. But so far I have not received the items. When I enquired about the status of shipment, I came to know that my order has already been shipped to my shipping address and got the tracking ids from OVERNITE courier services as follows.

(a) 3 items ( 3 pairs of shoes ) shipped with order number=8380295 , Courier Tracking Id: 7252907281

(b) 1 item ( bracelet ) shipped withe order number = 8380298 , Courier Tracking Id: 7252920205

Now, I am worried about the receiving of ordered products, so I would like to know the contact person details of courier service who will going to bring the ordered items to my below shipping address, so that I can contact him to receive the products from him.
