I bought a hindi text to speech software shruti lekhan from cdac (government of india). I am partially visually handicap but fond of writing. they assured me it's 80-85% accuracy but its efficiency is not more than 25%. In my last mail to cdac I informed them to take their product back and return my money. I have spent 2000 on micrphone + 27000 on laptop and 6000 on software to make my life easier but nothing has worked out.
