I got this MTS datacard connection of promising high speed upto 9.8 mbps but alas getting 200kbps is itself a distant dream. i got this connection on 23july and from this date i made numerous phone calls but in vain.
the constant answer that i get is ' we are forwarding to higher authority'
What should i do?
