Dear Sir with respect to credit card no. 4377-4865-7424-9353 aviled a personal loan through card for Rs. 252000 in the month of MAY 2014 i have paid 1 EMI for Rs. 12700/- i thought of closing the a/c but surprisingly my principle o/s shows 268000/- and have done balance transfer for s. 35000/- and 33619/- to other bank through this card but now it showing the 78000/- as a o/s Please help a customer
