hello,

Assuming prestigious reputation of company, i ordered the security system apparatus and appliances to my house D-48, Kusum Vihar on (60ft road), jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan(pin-302017). I made cash payment of rs 15000 on sept 2013 whose receipt is with me. i requested to apprise the direction and placement of security appliances when my architect be on the visit to site D-48 but local representative failed to appear twice in spite of prefix date and time of visit of architect. disappointed of the poor response after the lapse of after almost one year we cancelled the order except the black and white video door phone for which Manish Batsar, the local branch manager of your company assured the installation of video door phone within 2 days but again sorry to say neither he fulfilled the commitment nor he is attending my mobile. Being disappointed by ridiculous services i made a complaint numbering 90064305 on 1st aug 2014. In response of that, call center assured the installation within 3 days failing which i am complaining to consumer court to return my money with interest and penalty of mental torture to senior citizen of the age 69.
