I had purchased the following product and was promised free accidental damange cover / insurance worth Rs.4000, HP bag worth Rs.1700, free gifts worth Rs.1000

The only thing correctly given to me was free gifts worth Rs.1000, the laptop bag was wrongly provided to me which was of a lesser series of amount approx Rs.1100 when I confirmed it with HP, they said there was a better bag which was in the offer.

The laptop when I removed it at home as I did not unpack it at the store, it already had a small scratch.

CROMA IS A FRAUD COMPANY AND DOES NOT CHEATING AND WOULD LIKE ALL OF YOU TO BEAWARE AND NOT BUY FROM THERE.

THEY SHOW SHOMETHING AND THEN SAY IT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND FORCEFULLY GIVE SOMETHING OF A LESSER VALUE AND THEN SELL THE OTHER PRODUCT TO SOMEONE ELSE.
