I BOUGHT GIONEE G3-1GB MOBILE AT 26/04/2014, IMEI NO. 863057028207435, AMT: RS. 10200/- BUT AFTER 10-15 DAYS SCREEN FLIKERING PROBLEM ARISES. SO I HAD SUBMIT IN VISION CARE SERVICE CENTERE AFTER 20-22 DAYS LATER I GOT BACK MY REPAIRED MOBILE,,I USED HARDLY 1 MONTH LITTLE SCREEN FLIKERING PROBLEM START..I THINK ITS A LITTLE EFFECT BUT AFTER SOME TIME ITS BECAME SAME PROBLEM AS EARLIER.. I AGAIN SUBMIT MY MOBILE AT SAME SERVICE CENTERE AT 31/07/2014 AND I REQUEST THEM TO CHANGE MY MOBILE OR I WILL ADD EXTRA MONEY AND BUY UPPER LEVEL MODEL
AFTER SUBMITTING MY MOBILE I REGULERLY FOLLOW UP WITH SERIFCE CENTER AND CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ONE CAN GIVE ME PERFECT ANSWER WHERE I WILL GET MY MOBILE..SERVICE CENTER PERSONS TOLD ME THAT YOUR MOBILE WE SEND TO HOD AND SOME DAYS LATTER HE THEY TOLD ME THAT YOUR MOBILE IS IN OUR SERVICE CENTER. NO ONE CAN GIVE ME PERFECT ANSWER.. NO ONE PICK UP MY CALL EVEN SERVICE CENTER PERSONS AND AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE... EVEN THEY DONT FWD MY CALL TO UPPER LEVEL EXECUTIVES AND SOLVE MY PROBLEMS.
I ONLY WANT THAT THEY CHANGE MY MOBILE PEACE AND GIVE ME NEW ONE OR GIVE ME PERMISSION TO ADD SOME AMOUNT AND BUY UPPER LEVEL MODEL OF GIONEE
OTHERWISE I WANT REFUND MY AMOUNT WITH 4 MONTH INTEREST.
AND CLAIM OF RS. 100000/-
AND APOLOGIES FROM GIONEE STAFF FOR HARASSING ME AND SPOIL MY TIME AND MY VALUES
