I purchased Mahindra Powerol Batter & UPS on 17.8.12 with 2yrs warranty on Battery.But the battery was not working(over heating) on 20.05.14. I complaint battery problem on 28.5.14 through toll free 18004191999 of company with Complaint no.20140528123. Local Dealer Vadlamudi Enterprises person received battery on 29.05.14. the dealer taken 500/- for transport charges. he sent the battery to hyderbad to reference mail 23071922@mahindra.com. but the replaced new battery was not handover to me upto today. there is no response from local delaer Vadlamudi Enterprises.
