I have bought this mobile in December 2013. Suddenly the display has gone. Please note it NEVER fell down. I have always handled it very carefully.
I took it to service center , 1st service center(One located in Pimpri) said it was hardware problem and they asked me to take it to other one(Aundh service center). These guys told me that there was a crack on the display. It might happen if I press smartphone, sometimes it gets cracked(their words). Seriously? Are samsung phones that delicate, if we press them they get cracked? How to operate smartphones? I don't see any crack though. Its within warranty period. Please advise.
