Complaint Details
Way2online Retail Private Limited (Whaaky.com) is a online fraud. I ordered four jeans on Whaaky.com by COD and after a month they delivered the wrong product i.e I ordered Size-34. They sent me Size-30. After that I sent the product for replacement. Still they have not sent my product. My order no. is S80445230. They are replying the same mail saying that they have received my product and when they get my size then they'll send to me. But I have doubt about that. Please help me. I am sending you their (Way2online Retail Private Limited (Whaaky.com) address: Way2online Retail Private Limited Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad - 500016 Their online phone no is also not working i.e 9533495334

Now they are telling that they are reshipped the product through FIRSTFLIGHT courier on 2014-08-06 & the consignment number is: F99100220259. Now today is 14/08/2014, still I have not received the product. They are playing with customers. Can you tell me how can get my product back from Whaaky.com? Please help me to get my product back..
