Complaint Details
This is to bring in to your notice that We ordered pizza from Pizza Hut on 15th August 2014, Ref: Order number 097140013367, it took 50 min to deliver. More over when we got them all of those pizzas and pasta was COLD it was STINKING, STALE. NON VEG pizza topping was HORRIBLE, none of the Pizzas were cooked properly.
We had couple of bites of the pizzas and then we called the customer care number and explained what was the issue. They promised a call back from the store, got call from store around 20min after the issue was reported. We spoke to the store manager and he said, he can deliver only 3 Pizzas to us and hanged up the call while we were discussing what to be done. We wanted to talk to him again hence, kept on calling the customer care number and every time they ask the issue we explain the same and they promise a call back from the store. After 40min of this process of calling back we got a call from the delivery boy waiting for us to receive 3 pizza. In front deliver guy we again called customer care number spoke to them no help we got so far from them, the delivery was courteous enough to provide the shift in charge’s personal number and spoke to him (Prakash) he refused the fact of complaint and said he never had word with us regarding the pizza issue, in answer to the question asked to him, “ Then what is the reason sending these 3 complimentary pizzas ?” he said he can only do this much and hung up before even if come to a conclusion. He want us to accept 3 pizza in place of 8 ordered pizzas.
