Hi,
mera naam Sanjay Parmar he.
Mene tvs ki sport bike tvs credit limited se finance karwai thi.jiski EMI har mahine ki 7 date ko a/c se direct deduct ho jati thi.
Par august month ki 7 ko EMI deduct nahi hui or mere pas financer ka call aya bole aapka cheque bounce ho gya he jiska reason he insuffient balance .tab mere a/c me sufficiant bal tha or bank wale b nhi bol rahe cheque bounce hua par phir bhi finance company 400 rs panalty mang rahi h.
Pls solve my problem.
