Complaint Details
I gave my hard disk to Sai Sales Infotech on 7th August 2014 (receipt attached), for recovery of data from it. They told me that they will collect the hard drive from me, get it checked and send me a quotation of repair, if i agree to the quote they will recover the data else they will return the hard disk back to me without any cost.

From the beginning itself I am facing a lot of issues with the organization itself.
1.No one has ever told me what is happening on my case, every time I only have to follow up to find out what is happening.

2. After multiple follow ups with Ms. Bhawana and Ms. Pooja of Sai, I received an exorbitant quotation of 30,000 for data recovery.

3. On friday 14th Aug, I called them and told that I cannot pay this amount for the recovery of data please return it back to me. I had spoken to Ms Bhawana and she said that they will return it to me by Saturday.

3. Now today when I am calling them to give the hard disk back to me they are not talking to me properly. I had to call with multiple number to get hold of Ms. Bhawana or Ms, Pooja and they would keep disconnecting my call.

4. Finally after a lot of requesting they are denying from giving the hard disk back to me and falsely asking for Rs. 1000/- for checking of the problem. If I do not give them this money they would not return the hard disk to me.

5. Now I am greatly doubtful of their intentions that they have either misplaced the hard drive or trying to force me to pay. I also have very important data on the hard drive which is crucial and I suspect them to be manipulating the same too.
Please help me in getting my hard disk back from them.
