Complaint Details
1) I purchased Skullcandy S2IKDY-010 Ink'd Headset from Flipkart (bill attached) on 03/06/2014.
2) After some days the ear phones were not working properly. So I complaint to Skulll Candy Customer Service, Noida. (The only service Centre for online purchase). & I was shocked when they told me that the device was Duplicate.
3) So I immediately requested flipkart to take it back and refund my mone (approx. 27/06/2014)
4) After On 7/8/2014(Aug) the earphones were collected by flipkart and they assured that my money will be refunded within 5 days.
5) But its been 10 days I have not been refunded yet & there is no correspondence on the same from flipkart so far. On making repeated calls to customer service I have been just given assurance that the money will be credited to my account that very day.
6) But money has not been credited yet. I also have the messages confirming that the product has been returned back. (Screenshot of the same attached).
7) It has been extremely tedious & time consuming process. I want to get my money refunded as soon as possible & also want to get compensated for the inconvenience caused to me & my family.
8) I would request you to take strict action against Flipkart As soon as possible.
