we have booked leo movers and packers india for shifting household items including car from delhi to chennai and loaded items on 29.07.2014. he told items will reach chennai on 03.08.2014 if Rs 85000 paid or on 15.08.2014 if Rs73000 paid. As it was required urgently at chennai, i paid Rs 85000 for getting items on 03.08.2014.
Till today we have not received our items. Since leo has harassed and not complied as agreed, it has to provide compensation.
