Complaint Details
I've a Vodafone CUG connection , in which I get 1.5GB 3G data every month, from last 2 months I'm not getting the 3G connectivity at my home area not even proper 2G data connection. I've raised complaints regarding this for three times, but till date the problem is not solved & the customer representatives say that they don't see any problem with my number.
I'm attaching the sms snapshots which i got for the three complaints raised as no mails were provided for the respective complaints.
