Complaint Details
I bought Hush Puppies sandles for Rs 3500 from Bata Showroom in Noida. It has started to tear apart from all the poorly stitched seams. I made a complaint to Bata Customer Care and now they are offering that I return this defective product and they will offer me 50% of Rs 3500 i.e Rs 1750 off on my next purchase of same item or any other item. Why should I pay more? If I am willing to give back this defective item in exchange of quality item then why is Bata asking for more money from the customer? This is no not customer service. This is harassment! Attached along this complaint are screenshots of the mails to and from Bata.
