Complaint Details
I had booked OLA cab from Vidyaranyapura (Bangalore) to Bangalore Airport and it was expected to reach at the location at 04:15 Hrs. The cab arrived only at 04:45 hrs which resulted in missing the flight wherein the scheduled departure from Bangalore was at 05:45 hrs.
I had to reschedule my travel in the next flight which was at 07:20 hrs resulting in delay of my plans in Mumbai as well paying additional amount of Rs.2088/- for the difference amount for
the next flight.
The inconvenience caused could have been avoided had the driver reported at the location on
time.
The loss in terms of amount was Rs.2088/-
After speaking to Ola cabs they asked to send the details and after sending numerous mails and phone calls no one is helping to fix the problem. The details are attached for ready reference
