I got an SMS that my consignment is shipped via First flight courier AWB - F94300397695. After waiting for 3-4 days, I tried calling customer contact number to get status as no delivery or other information provided. Customer contact is not providing me information, instead she is asking destination. Some other phone numbers provided to check status, I have so far got 4 different numbers and no one able to provide details on where is the shipment and when it will be delivered.
