Complaint Details
I transported my household goods from Bangalore to Mumbai on 22nd June 2014 (BNG6907). The people who came there to pack came with so less materials that few of my valuable good were not even packed with care. They were just left open. After lot of follow up, I received the goods on 1st July 2014 i.e. after 9 days and they broke one of my valuable Tv unit set. I also find that few of my goods are stolen and are not found after I unpack everthing. Agrawal is taking no moral responsiblity of any kind here. Now its been almost 2 months, I put a claim for 3500/- and I am told that the amount is transferred to my account. When I check my account, there is no deposit of Rs. 3500 from any source and when I follow up again, I dont even get a response.

This the worst ever experience I had with Agrawal Packers and movers and If I dont get a response in next 24 hours, I am lodging a complain with Consumer court for theft, treachery , damage of goods and cheating against Agrawal Packer and Movers.
