We have purchased a FABER Gas Stove (model Crystal 400 CT) Serial No. SK131171640 from Vijay Sales (Ghatkopar West) on 5 Jun 2014. I am facing the issue with the STOVE from the very next day of the purchase. Its been only 2 months since we purchased the product and the technician is visiting us the 7th time. Every time the technician would come and fix the knob or adjust the flames next day the stove would again show up with a new issue.
We have had many technicians come and try to resolve the issue but the FAULTY Stove is not getting fixed on a permanent basis. The STOVE seems to have 2 broken corks from the time of purchase according to the technician who has recently come to resolve the issue. We need the FAULTY STOVE to be replaced ASAP !!!!
