I had applied for landline AND BROADBAND
BB HOME COMBO UL 625 on 15.9.12. After a year, i booked a complaint as phone was dead. Instead my Combo plan was upgraded to BB-950-ULD-COMBO monthly. On making complaint in person and writing, I was told to 'compromise' or else lower official will lose his job. I paid the upgraded rates for 2 months, though phone was dead and then disconnected permanently my phone. then I got a bill for Rs.455.23 as final settlement. I want valid proof of my request for change of plan. On 20.6.14, I went to 'Open Session" at BSNL headquarters in Rajasthan, but official asked me to get proof that i requested for change of plan. From where do I get this?Now since 8th August 2014 post noon, my outgoing calls have been blocked on my mobile phone, though I have not been a defaulter in paying my bills even once. I contacted BSNL customer Care office on 11th August, to be told it is a technical error, and made to wait for one hour, and concerned officials were treating my complaint as a joke, ordering me to dial the number in front of them
