hi, My phone was kept in the pocket for sometiome and when i had taken it out it saw the screen was self cracked and i was surprise because it has never happened in past with any of the phone .and i cant even expect this this from such a big brand like sony . Have spent my 40000 rs on this phone and i got such a result then why to take this costly phone if the screen is getting self damaged .. Even is was many complaint for the same concern online that sony models like z , z1 screens are getting self cracked and cracked part touch stops working. This is unbearable and we have not spent this much money for such a phone .. please get me a replacement or refund my money as who knows if this happens again with me when i take replacement.
CFBP please help me resolving this concern on priority as i have only a single phone so i need my replacement or refund on priority .and i don't have this of time to go to service center again and again.
