Dear Sir/Ma'am,

On 15th Aug, 2014,the Yatra website was showing that the round trip tickets from Bangalore to Udaipur for Rs. 2678. I went ahead and booked that round trip ticket but when I checked my emails for ticket, i found that my tickets are booked from Udaipur to Bangalore one way only not round trip. But they ahev charged for round trip.


I have attached the screenshots with this email as an evidence and I want them to book for the round trip as per the the display on there website.
Please look into this matter as it is urgent
