I purchased the ubislate c7z on 10-07-2014. I got the device via bluedart on 15-07-2014 and when i opened the device it was broken and i called the datawind techsupport and told them about the broken device and they advised to send me an email of photo capture of broken device and i did the same. Then i got a call from simran from techsupport and she told me to handover the broken device to chennai service center. I travelled around back and forth 50 KM and visited the egmore(Cell Tech) service center and they refused to take back the deivice then again i called the tech support and they asked me to go to another service center its too north part of chennai(Villivakkam). So i asked them to provide me an address so that i can send back the device via courier. They sent me the address and i sent the device back to your office in Gurgon and it got delivered on 23rd July but your guys didnt informed about it and i have been mailed many times but i didnt get the proper response about the device got delivered or not. Then each and every weeak i call the tech support they are saying that i will get my device back within one week but till now they are not showing me the status of my complaint. I asked them about the refund and they refused to do refund and they are not sending the device back to me that i paid for sir.
