Dear Team,

This in in regard to the delivery of goods from Hyderabad (Flat no 722,Sai Raghavendra,Nallaganda -500032) to Delhi (H 404 Vikaspuri New Delhi 110018).

My goods were dispatched from Hyderabad om 31 July 2014 and 1st lot was delivered on 11 August 2014 and 2nd lot on 12 August 2014 to Delhi.

The Goods delivered to me are not at all in good condition.The way the tempo carried our goods was horrible.

The most disappointing thing was that the Tempo had a mouse in it.

I was told that there would be one truck in which all your goods along with Motorcycle would be delivered and another one for your car. But unfortunately I have not received few items from my list of goods.

Please find the condition of all the goods delivered:

1. TV received but a hole was observed in the box which was made by Mouse and the condition was very disappointing.Still to check with its functioning.
2. Table received was in a horrible condition.There are scratches all over it and it is totally destroyed.
3. Washing machine parts received are in damaged condition the wheels are broken down.
4. The Refrigerator box has been torned and has been badly scratched from the front.
5. The dewan set received has been scratched and broken all over it.
6. The Bed received is broken badly and scratched.
7. There were 2 shoe racks out of which only 1 is received and that is totally broken down.
8. The travel bags received has a marker mark on it and they too are totally destroyed.The stroller handles have been broken down.
9. The cartons containing kitchen items and all were totally broken down and the items within it were opened unsealed leaked out which has spoiled my various other things.
10. The shoes carton was totally broken down due to which my shoes and sandles condition is horibble.
11. The Air conditioner Brackets received has been scratched all over.
12. It is very disappointing to see that after various follow ups we are able to receive our bike on 12th along with few other things but the condition of the bike
is worse.
a. The seat cover is torned.It seems that rat has eaten the same.The same has been torned from 3 corners of the bike.
b. The tape used has damaged the seat cover too.
c. The helmet lock has been broken completely.
d. The side mirror handle has also been broken.


Besides this there are few goods which have not been delivered yet.

1. Shoe rack
2. Cylinder
3. Blankets + 2 pillows
4. Buckets
5.One plastic broom.
6. 2 big tupperware box containing pulses and all household eatables counted under kitchen items.

Some of the boxes have not been opened by us as the goods are supposed to sent at a different location later.
The condition of the goods is very disgusting and it is not even a percent of what your people committed when they came to our place.

We had asked the persons to laminate each and every box and bags of ours and they said that this would be done by them later but none of the bags nor boxes are laminated instead they are totally torned out.

Besides this I had received a call from a person stating that the Maruti 800 car has reached Mahipalpur and would be delivered on 9 Aug 2014 and after several follow ups it was confirmed that the same would be delivered on 14 Aug prior to lunch.

At around 3.30 when I called the person who was suppose to deliver the car he told that the documents of the car are in Hyderabad and we dont have any documents so the same could not deliver today.

As the person (09990208386) confirmed us on 13th that the car would be delivered positively on 14th we took a leave for the same from our work.

Then Finally on 16th we got our car after follow ups.

We have wasted our time money everything on a so called co. named "Aditya packer and movers"

Just to add another shameful act of this movers and packers ,At the time when a person from your company visited our place he himself confirmed us after he saw cylinder at our place that we would deliver
the cylinder also. Now when the same is not delivered to us till date he is stating that there is an issue in delivery we wont be able to deliver the same.

Are these people not aware of terms and conditions of your company. Why they were not able to tell us at that particular time that they wont be able to deliver
the cylinder?Why your people are making false promises just to attract Customers.

Now the person whom we are in touch at the no. mentioned above is saying that we will deliver the cylinder in hyderabad at whatever address you say?

Please help us as it has been long I have marked them the mail and there is no revert and on calls also they speak very rudely and rythlessly.
