Complaint Details
The concern company booked my santro car from barasat, kolkata on 3rd Aug with assurance of delivering at guwahati on 17th aug at my home by 4 pm. Even after several phone calls and assurance from their side my car was delivered at 5 pm on 18th aug thereby preventing me from proceeding to jorhat on 17th with my family and unnecessarily to take leave from my job on 18th thereby causing my manday loss and tension.
