Complaint Details
When i submitted the Mobile to service center, two months after purchasing of mobile. That time mobile was in ruuning condition. Only problem was Ear Receiver Speaker was not working. They tested and accepted the mobile with mentioned into Job sheet only "Ear Receiver speaker" is not working. But after some time when service center called me then they said "Mobile has some internal Breakage" and we will not give you warranty. How this is possible even when i submitted my mobile into running condition. No body is taking responsibily either service center or Micromax. The latest Job sheet is - N050113071410973597
