I ordered speaker of JBL and got an open box order ID: 2569706657 | JBL FLIP2 - Faulty Packaging (Request number 8443868.) they collected the speakers back from home saying they will replace within 24 hours its been 2 week no response neither they are refunding my money nor giving me the product. I dont know what to do ? i have written several complaints to ceo, coo, and other stakeholders of the company but no response please help
