sir, I had applied for agency code in Reliance Life in January 2014.I had submitted my pan no. along with application form.But next month I got an opportunity with better option in LIC OF INDIA. Then I resigned from Reliance Life and appealled to cancel my urn. No. And to release my pan no.BQHPS9706H . They asked for Rs. 2000 to complete the process and a time of two months.I gave him Rs. 2000. But neither my Pan no. has released nor the urn no. has cancelled yet. Please do someting or suggest me how can my problem be solved. I have fed up with it. Please solve my problem. Thank you.
