Sub: Requesting course completion certificate

I completed my SAP HR course from Index IT, 1st Floor, SS Chambers, Gayatri Nagar, Srinivasa Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016, though at the beginning when was joined the course I was told that the course completion certificate was issued as soon as I get completed the course, and he same was written on the cash receipt itself , despite of several calls Mr.Kalyan , Index IT partner himself he is nothing to do with the recipts and the word given by the accountant. My request would be please get my course completion certificate issued by the INDEX IT, 1st Floor, SS Chambers, Gayatri Nagar, Srinivasa Nagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016.
