Clear Car Rental Booking# RT00041890 dated 14th Aug 2014.
1. I booked Tavera and car sent was Innova. No one informed me until I called 1 hr before the journey. Ideally you would think that's a upgrade!. Car was in an extremely pathetic condition which might have got hit several times in an accident. (Ask me for the photographs if you don't believe, I have taken it as a proof). Still we started the travel as it was very urgent for us, but that was a mistake, as we were up for a big surprise later in the journey.
2. Water dripping inside car!, Car Bonnet couldn't be closed!
3. No light(lamp) inside car
4. No seat belts (On asking the driver, he says call the company and complaint. why do you require seat belts?)
5. No Left side Tail Light
6. Driver, named Amit was not well behaved. reached the pick up point more than 40 min late. He was driving since 4 am in the morning when he came for pick up and due that he frequently fell asleep while driving, posing serious Life threat to our family, due to this he had to stop in between frequently and we reached our destination more than 3 hours late.

7. Extremely rude behavior, when asked simply about the seat belts not there in the front seat says "Call the company and complaint, why do you require seat belts?"

8. While returning from journey, he did an accident on the route [trying to overtake a motor bike that hit the bike and just missed falling]. Mob of around 50 - 100 people gathered around the vehicle and hit our vehicle trying to break the glass, which posed a serious threat to the family and driver was also beaten up.
