Complaint Details
I have received a Call from Mobile Number: (Not noted) on 26th June, 2014. The Caller, told Her Name as (Not noted) from I.C.I.C.I. Bank, Credit Card Department, New Delhi. The Caller told that I am, being a Loyal Customer of I.C.I.C.I. Bank Credit Card, being rewarded Free Gifts such as Mobile Phone, Shoes, Wrist-Watch, Sun-Glasses and a Discount Card. The Caller also told that Rupees 7,998/- will be Debited to My Credit Card, temporarily, and will be Credited Back within 15 Days. The Caller insisted Me to ‘Confirm’ the Details about My Credit Card, such as, Number, Valid From, Valid Thru, and C.V.C. Number, which are already existing on the Credit Card.
Now, Rupees 7,998/- has been Debited to My Credit Card as follows:
26/06/2014 D K DEALS INR WWW.BAZZARDEA IN Rs. 7,998.00(DR)
But I have not recd any parcel and ICICI Bank has sent be Bill to pay immediately against above deal.
