Complaint Details
I have paid Rs 25000 via SBI cheque (857486 dt 16-Apr-2014) for 5 members towards Apollo Munich health insurance (corporate) and Jiyo Royale membership holiday. But have not been provided any registration or document mentioning my enrollment. I seek REFUND of paid money as services have not been provided as promised. Pl expedite as this matter has been overdue for more than 4 months.
