Hi, I bought a LG mobile P500 some 3 years back. The mobile cost me about 12K at that time. Recently the mobile stopped working. So I took the same to an authorized service centre at Trivandrum. On checking the same, the service personal told me that the issue is with the motherboard and the same needs to be replaced. So I enquired about the price for the same. They told that the same will cost me Rs.8500 plus Tax. For a mobile bought for 12K, the service centre charging 8.5K cannot be acceptable . Now a days we get a mobile phone with 1000 times more functionality than in this model will not cost 8K. For replacing the motherboard of a washing machine or a computer which is very complicated than the same will cost only 2.5K to 3K. I request your intervention on this day robbery and make necessary action for the same.
