Complaint Details
My videocone d2h was faulted, so I called care of Videocone on 9th August and they sent engineer next day, Engineer told that set-top box need to replace, So I called again in care and complained for replace my product, they said I'll got new set-top box within 24hr, but after 13th day I haven't got my replaced set-top box, during this 13 day I complained again for 5 time and all the time they said you'll get product in 24hr.
