UNETHICAL UNBUSINESS-LIKE ATTITUDE OF SNAPDEAL

The above order was placed on August 3, 2014. Shipment date was August 7, 2014. Item was returned by courier to origin (RTO) on August 14, 2014.due to nonavailability of extra invoice. I had called up your customer care number twice , first on August 13 or so to cancel the order and return my money , first time I was informed that i will receive credit in 7 days, which should be August 20, 2014, but it never came. Today when I called up customer care, I understood my request for refund has not even been processed.
When the goods were already returned to the origin, the delivery date was extended to August 23, 2014 knowing full well that goods have not been dispatched. It was extended first from August 12, 2014 to August 18, 2014, and then from August 18, 2014 to August 23, 2014, all the while the item was on the way back to the seller and even after reaching the seller. As per declared Snapdeal policy, from 10 days of shipping if i am not receiving the item I am supposed to get my money refunded. I have reasons to believe that extension of delivery date is a ploy to avoid or delay refund of money.
Also, the response to mail for complaints is very poor; nobody even bothers to reply to any issue raised.
