Dear Sir/Mam,
I made an order of combo of four jeans from online shopping website whaaky.com on 22 Jun 14. The order number is S80445910. As per their policy they have to dispatch the product within 10 days. And if they are dispatching late they have to send some gift with the order .After sending several reminder finally i received the product after 22 days of making order that too without gift, violating their policy. Morever the jeans i received were of wrong size. I had given order for size 36 but they have delivered different sizes of 28, 30 and 32.
Finally returned the order to them by self shipment by expanding my own money for courier as per their instruction on 22 Jul 14. They have the other policy that they have recharge customer mobile as the compensation for self shipment charges. They have not done any recharge for that. Earlier also i had self shipped the defective product vide order no. S80317380 in the month of Apr 14 but they have not recharged the mobile.
They have received the jeans sent for replacement on 03 Aug 14. And it happened 24 Aug 14 they not send the replacement of order. As you can see I have order on 22 Jun and it is now 24 Aug 14 that is more than 2 months and i could not get my order. Is this the ethics of business and non following their own policy. What type of business they are doing.
I request you to help me out in this matter getting my order ( combo of four jeans of size 36), gift as per their policy and recharge of 200 of my mobile for this and earlier self shipment.And if they cant deliver order within 4 days please help me to get all my money back.
